PART 1 RETURNS
Our returns policy is valid for 14 days after receipt of the order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return and/or exchange a product after this period.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Storage advice on the packaging of our products must be adhered to. Our coconut oil-based products in particular can deteriorate in quality if incorrect storage methods are used. If you have any doubts, please contact us. Our contact information is at the bottom of this Returns Policy.
To be eligible for a return, a copy of the invoice is always required.
We request that you do not return the products to the manufacturer.
There are circumstances in which we can only pay out part of the purchase price
Books with clear signs of wear, products that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts that were not caused by our error.
PART 2 REFUND
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
The exception to this is the Bitcoin payment method; if you pay with Bitcoins, a refund in Bitcoins is unfortunately not possible. Contact us for a tailor-made solution. Our contact information is at the bottom of this Returns Policy.
I have not received my refund after 7 days, what should I do?
If you have not yet received your refund, first check the (bank) account on which you receive the amount again. Please note that there is often a processing time between banks. If you have done all this and still have not received a refund, please contact us. Our contact information is at the bottom of this Returns Policy.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the order. If you believe that the product is damaged/defective upon receipt, or you have received an incorrect product, Cressana® will guide you through the returns process. PART 3 RETURNS PORTAL
Using the Cressana® returns portal, a return shipment can be arranged within 5 steps.
Below we explain the 5 steps and what information you need to successfully create a return.
Step 1: View Shipment: Postal Code and Tracking Number (example: JVGL1234567890123456)
Step 2: Return details:
Contact name, Address, House number, Postcode, City, Email, Telephone
Reason is a selection menu:
- Incorrect product ordered
- No reason
- Product damaged/defective upon receipt (contact us first)
- Product does not meet expectations
- Product not required
- Incorrect product received (contact us first)
Step 3: Choose delivery point: Based on your zip code, you will see suggestions of locations where you can drop off your package.
Step 4: Confirmation: Return overview page, here you check your details and confirm the return.
Step 5: Print return label: Print the label. Pack the package tightly to ensure that it is returned undamaged.
If you choose not to use our returns portal, consider sending your shipment with Track & Trace. If a track & trace is not sent with the shipment, we cannot guarantee that we will actually receive the shipment.
